Learning to exercise this way overtime becomes very rewarding and stops the habit of over exercising which can cause injury, you become more mindful and centred and grounded, giving you more inspiration, courage, love, compassion and joy for everyone including yourself. Be mindful of your approach to exercises and if there is any discomfort, stop and listen as if there is pain there is no gain, and seek additional medical advice if it persists.
