Our Goal is to offer fun exercise anytime anywhere at an affordable price. This program is FREE to join for all our video subscription plan holders and allows access to all our online classes, so you can rewatch your favourites as many times as you like. There is a button that has a Link to open the Video's in our One Drive Account, after you request to join and approval is granted , you will need to sign up or sign into your own Microsoft account to gain access, should you have any difficulty please reach out to us.
