This program is free to join and access for our Online subscription plan members. Before you Start this Program, Its important to log your progress as you go. So please sign up to our learn to Journal program before you begin. Working on both our physical and internal balance to improve overall strength. Whether you are looking to improve an activity you currently enjoy or just want more strength and balance then this challenge is for you. Download the Fit by Wix app and join with your login details and code 0BZ8Y1 to access the Mind Body Flo app. Notifications will prompt you of new steps and when finished and mark them as complete. All exercises are to be done to your own ability, if there is any pain there will be no gain, so modify accordingly or use additional support and work to improve upon the activities each day. If you are unsure then always talk to your own medical practitioner before taking on any new activities.
