This Program is FREE to join for all our Video subscription plan holders. Whether you want to improve or remain at peak performance in an activity you love or are looking into better health both physically and emotionally then this challenge is right for you. This is a Qi Gong Challenge designed to aid in forming a new habit (Better Breathing). The program runs for 3 weeks and will notify you daily of the activities to complete (Both in your website members area or in the Fit by Wix app which is preferred by many of our members). Follow along at your own pace, modify any exercise to your ability, and know that we do not force anything in Qi Gong, we relax into it and that also includes your breath. If there is any pain there is no gain, so back off and modify or stop and repeat an exercise you can do safely. You can modify the exercises to be seated should you need this for an injury or health and work slowly to standing over time. Over the three weeks the exercises alter to give your physical, emotional, and spiritual body the balance it needs. You will also be signed up to the Flo 4 Health members group where you can share your progress with fellow Qi Friends to offer or gain encouragement. Thank you for starting this program, we sincerely hope whatever your reason is whether it’s for better health or improving an activity you love to do, that you journal and see the results for yourself.
