This program is free to join and access for our Online subscription plan members. Before you Start this Program, it’s important to log your progress as you go. So please sign up to our learn to journal program before you begin. This program will you help build the habit of running into your life with a 9-week challenge. This gentle intro will help you do it the right way, ultimately reaching a level of consistency you’ll be able to maintain long after the 9 weeks are up. Before you start, If you're new to running, it's okay to take walk breaks. The point is to get out there and make it a habit. Ready to blaze new trails? As always we offer advice of, if there is pain there is no gain, the Qigong practice will enable you to be more present and in tune with your body. Sometimes the mind can create these walls and barriers as its trying to tell you to listen and slow down or even stop and if we don't then injury or illness can strike and inhibit our training for longer. If we listen and focus on the present and just back off, we can get to our destination quicker in the long run (Please read our Blog the Tortoise and the Hare). The most important part is that you should undertake this program at your own pace and the information provided is a guide only, please adjust accordingly to suit your condition.
